Stand does not slip around, and although it is not a rigid mount, it does very well. Allows removing to secure place when stopping briefly, then continuing without disconnecting and losing trip times, distances, etc.

Great Alternative Mount |

Great alternative mount, very easy to use and it stays in a stable positioned on the dash. Garmin 880 mounts on the arm that comes with it and the arm snaps into the Garmin Portable Friction Dashboard Mount. The portable mount is made of quality materials and appears to be durable. Using the portable mount allows the GPS to be quickly stored away without being disconnected. |
