Elbow feature has a fault. After a couple of months the player would only work about 15% of the time. |

|
it didn't work |
|
I was impressed by the remote control feature and hence bought this however found the audio cable lose ... it also has bad quality sound. I could not fix the audio cable problem - the return shipping cost was equal to actual cost hence dropped the idea of return! |

Good device - Bad audio performance |
|
The FM modulator works as does the MP3 player port but the audio quality is not good. It sounds like an old AM station... very flat. Many frequencies seem to be just plain missing from the produced sound. What do you want from such a cheap device? I will keep this device as a backup but I will now purchase one with better sound quality. |

Works Great!, but no detailed user manual |
Fine stereo and powerful enough to get a very good signal on a vacant channel on the car radio. I wish there had been a detailed user manual, but it is easy to figure it out yourself. The remote uses an IR transmitter and the front of the unit has to face the remote.

Product not at all reliable - very disappointed. |
I ordered two of a these units from "fjt3000". The first unit had a problem with the remote.. the seller replaced that unit and it's working now.
The second unit started blowing it's fuse the second day I had it (I replaced the fuse several times).. the seller did not offer to replace the unit, but said he would credit my Jas-store account for the $15.xx, which he promptly did. He said he did not want to replace the unit. Currently his unit price increased to $60 on Jas-store.
Both of the above units picked up ignition/alternator noise from the 4 different vehicles I used them in, a Ford Ranger, GMC Jimmy, Chevy Caprice. In the Honda Civic which has the radio antenna embedded in the rear window was not able to get a good signal from the MP3 player.
The "clamshell" the units arrived in were not sealed. I suspect the units were "seconds" for referbished.
