Not the same item as advertised |
I ordered this item as a replacement charger for my wife's NDS. It's tough to complain when considering the price but I do have some small qualms:
First off, the item I received is most definitely not the item pictured. It isn't fold away or could even be considered a travel charger as it will not fit in my wife's NDS case and most likely most other NDS cases.
Secondly, we've had the charger for no more then a week and it's already having issues. We have to play around with the cord to get the NDS to charge. It seems as though the wire that goes from the NDS to the charging head unit is loose at the head attachment.
Again, considering the price, it's tough to complain. It works MOST of the time with a little wiggling of the cord, but who knows how quickly this will degrade into a non-working charger. In the future I would definitely spend a bit more and get a nicer charger.

Most Awesome Charger EVER!! |

I couldn't believe how totally cool and easy to use this charger is. If you're like me, you might be a bit intimidated by new technology, but Nintendo really has made this so simple, that almost anyone can re-charge their GameBoy. Before I got this charger, my GameBoy would die and I'd have to rub it on the carpet to get a few extra minutes of play. But now, I can plug the brass prongs on one end of this magic device into a standard household outlet and connect the other end to my GameBoy and play for hours. This might be the best investment that I ever made, except for my GameBoy. I mean, if I could only have one or the other, the charger really isn't very much fun by itself, but I'm really glad I got it. |

What can I say? It's cheap and it does the job. My son lost his GBA SP adapter, and this replacement charger charges his battery as well as the original factory one. |

Great value adapter |
It is not really a travel adapter since the plugs can not be folded down. However, the price is great, it been working great for months, and it is for a great price. What more can you want?
