If you play music on your PSP, these are definitely a must have. I can also confirm that there is NO buzzing like earlier reviews from a year ago say. This is great, you can put your PSP on hold so none of the PSP buttons work and turn off the screen, then you can control your volume and music selections without even touching your PSP. They stay in your ear pretty well, have a nice length of cord to them, and the remote has a little clip on it so you can clip it to your clothing. I've used it for about an hour now and I already love it! If anything, buy it for the remote part and you can still use your regular headphones, even though the total length will be pretty long. Also, I haven't seen this said in other reviews but these headphones (I can't remember the exact term for this but...)have the feature where the wire to the right earbud is longer then the left so it looks exactly like a "u". It doesn't use the classic "V" shape. |

I can NEVER get earbuds to stick in my ears, but they stick in my husbands just fine and that's who they're for. He plays his PSP next to me while I'm watching TV |

i just needed the remote, the headphones were good but the remote was even better. the wire was thick which reduced the chance of it riping and it allowed me to use a mic and it made online play a lot more fun |

So I read all the other reviews and everyone said there was a buzzing noise,so I passed. THen black friday hit, and amazon had them for $2.95. Total impulse buy...I fugure they would be worth $3.00.....I was right....these work great. Good quality headphones that I'll probably use on other devices. I don't hear any noise when using the remote part. My only regreat is that I did not buy more pairs when they were so cheap... |

PSP 2000 Console - Piano Black
The only reason to buy this is because of the remote control which i believe is essential for the psp to be a portable music/video player. Headphones are suppose to allow you to hear the music and sounds better than if you weren't wearing them and with the psp in a normal noisy environment for me, i can barely hear it. Why does an ipod do a better job when it is so much smaller?
The control itself is lighter but less solid than the previous one, it feels worst in terms of the material and the buttons feel like they're going to fall off after some use, it also lacks a clip. The previous control is way better than this one.
Should've came with the system since they've been marketing the psp as a portable gaming console and music/movie player. To me they should price it at $9.99 |
