Almost disappointed |
I am an automotive service professional, and I use my tools on a daily basis. I purchased this impact through Jas-store from ToolTopia and got it shipped really fast. I took it to work the first morning, and I got 2 lug nuts off and it stopped working. After cussing and swearing for a few minutes, I got to work on checking the return policy. I had to call ToolTopia directly, as per Jas-store directions. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. They sent me a new gun in a box with a return shipping label for my old gun. If I failed to send my return back within 10 days my card would be charged for the second tool. As soon as they saw the shipping label activate at UPS, the preauthorization was dropped. On to PERFORMANCE!!
Incredibly quiet. So quiet, you doubt the power, but it is there. It is really powerful. It's very smooth performance, too. Lightweight. Excellent choice. Could not have bought from a better place either! Jas-store and ToolTopia ROCK!
