Item was not packaged with any protective wrap. Came with a broken wheel. I called them they said they would send one. Called again sometime later and they said the wheel was backordered. Said it would be another week. The next day it was delivered. Then the next week I got another one. Now I have two. Machine works good. Truck delivery people said it not our problem, they just dumped it on the front porch and left. I would use UPS for shipping. |

It seems to work very well. I wish I had gotten one that had a solution tank, instead of needing a external bucket or jug. The pressure hose could be a bit longer. It was really helped me to clean the outside of the house and blast some loose paint away. It is good for blasting the algae off the north side of the house, too. The variable pressure / solution spraying nozzle is good for cleaning things like the deck and vehicles. |
