If you're looking for a cheap alternative to a full priced dell ac adapter.. this is not the best option. It worked perfectly for a few weeks and then started giving me trouble. It cuts in and out, sometimes i have to twist it or move it around to get it to work. This is obviously not the sign of a good product, but it does have a 1 year warranty which I plan to utilize. The next AC adapter i buy will most likely be from Dell since the one I had from them worked for 4+ years. |

The AC adapter received from Brilliant Store works great and at a fair price. I read reviews by others. Most complaints addressed wire separation at the AC adapter end. I did a simple modification to the adapter to reduce wire wear by attaching the adapter to a thin board and securing the laptop wire to the board. Works great. |

Great Price; Great Product |

This charger is a replacement for an OEM Dell charger. The unit itself is only about half the wieght of the OEM, but the cord(s) are only half as long. Thus, costing a star out of 5 star rating. Have had it for a couple of months now and planning on purchasing another for the office. |

Good products and good service |

The AC adapter I purchased was excellent and cheaper than where I could find it elsewhere, however I discovered that I could not use it as my laptop ac jack had separated from the motherboard :(. The fine folks as BrilliantStore issued me an RMA and credited my account very quickly. I appreciate good service most of all. I am completely satisfied with this order even though I could not use the ordered product. |
